Temperament and Upbringing:
Porto is a friendly, energetic, and biddable dog who loves people and gets along well with children. He is an excellent family pet, both in town and countryside settings, and is driven to work and retrieve—traits that come from his top-quality bloodline. Porto spent his first 1.5 years growing up on a military base close to an active gun range, with frequent military aircraft flying overhead. He is completely unreactive to these noises, making him ideal for a variety of environments. Porto has also been doing basic gundog training and has shown excellent potential. He would be a good candidate to sire future pet and working dogs due to his outstanding temperament, drive, and health.
