What This User is Looking For
We are looking for a Labrador. We would prefer a dog over 12 months old, partly trained but happy to put time, energy & work in for ongoing training. We have had Labradors most of our married life, the last one Milo died in 2019 aged 15 years.y adult daughter lives with us & her retired assistance dog, Ernie aged 11. We do lots of walking, I am at home as a carer & my husband liked to run & so a dog could do that with him. We could afford around £800. We are looking for a dog who could settle well, not anxious, not a chewer. Because of the family dynamics of our daughter being a wheelchair user we cannot take a dog who is too bouncy. We have lots of time & love to share with our dog. Ernie our daughter's dog gets on with all dogs & is a lovely calm golden retriever.
