Our beautiful fox red labrador Rosie has had a beautiful litter of dark fox red/mahogany KC registered puppies. This is a carefully bred litter from some of the best lines across Britain and America, chosen for their temperment, working capabilities and deep red/mahogany colouring.
The dam Rosie (KC Registered: "Claybrow Weeton Red") is our working build fox red/dark yellow labrador with a wonderful temperment. She resides as our pet and working gun dog; working throughout the season on our family shoot. She has a hip score of 4/5 and a elbow score of 0; her eyes have been tested clear for any hereditary diseases with her latest test being July 2024. Rosie has also been extensivley DNA tested for 255 defects for which she is clear for every one (including all 7 kennel club recommended tests).
The sire to the puppies is Icon (KC Registered: Aglabs in your honour). Icon is a truly exceptional mahogany red working gun dog and family pet. Bred from American bloodlines for his working ability and deep mahogany colour. He has a large sized, athletic build and has been fully health tested. His hip score is 4/3 (excellent) and a elbow score of 0. He has been DNA tested for all of the Kennel Club recommended tests and much more for which he is clear. He has also been eye tested clear with his latest test being September 2024. Icon has the added bonus of being completely unrelated to Rosie over 32 generations, which means the puppies will have a COI of 0.0%.
This is a carefully planned litter of duel purpose puppies, they will make ideal family pets or working dogs. The puppies will be KC registered, microchipped, vet checked, flead and wormed before leaving for their new home.
After the success from Rosie's last litter we have decided to repeat the mating with the same stud, meaning we have lots of photos of how we expect the puppies to look once they are grown up.
These puppies are strictly for pet/working homes only and will have an endorsement on their KC registration against breeding.
A deposit of £300 will secure you a puppy and they will be ready to leave for their new homes on the 3rd October.
