Maverick's ideal home

Maverick is a loveable big dog looking to find his forever home. He is great in the house and is happy playing with his toys such as a stuffed kong and wrestling with the other dog in his foster home, then in the evening Maverick is happy to lie up beside you on the sofa for cuddles. Maverick is not comfortable being left alone and likes company so will need a home with someone around during the day who can start gradually building up his time being left alone. He finds travelling in a car quite stressful and will be vocal during these journeys, he sometimes finds comfort from someone sitting on the back seat of the car with him. When going out for walks Maverick prefers quieter areas and adopters should be aware that he is very strong on the lead.
