About These Puppies
Our extensively health tested, KC Registered, beautiful Chocolate Labrador Bessie has given birth to a healthy strong litter. Pups sired by the stunning Kensesqui Herringthorpe (son of sought after Yorkshire stud Jason), both of which have the desirable Drakeshead bloodline.
Her litter is being raised with no expense spared. Pups have been wormed at 2, 4 and 6 weeks with panacur 10% liquid and wormed at 8 weeks with Drontol and Advantage, they will be microchipped, KC registered and will be fully weaned onto quality large breed puppy food. They have received their first immunisation and puppy health check from our vet.
Kensesqui Herringthorpe is extensively health tested, and has an incredible 14 English and Irish Field Trial Champions in his pedigree, including Drakeshead and Bracken FTCH. He is loving and loved, and his drive is amazing. Visually - he really is something else. He has a perfect elbow score of 0/0, and a fantastic hip score of 4/5 and current clear BVA eye certificate (July 2025). His tests are clear for:

Mum Bessie is our much-loved family pet who is very loyal and gentle, fantastic with children, other dogs, and all other animals. She is eager to please and was incredibly easy to train, both in the home and out on the field. Bessie’s hip score is 5/6, elbows 0/0 and she has a current clear eye certificate (Oct 22). Bessie also tested clear for prcd-PRA, CNM, SD2, HNPK, STGD & MCD.
Our Labradors are a huge part of our family, they are incredibly loving and well mannered, and we regularly get comments on their athletic appearance and how obedient they are. They love being part of the family, guarding our home, and playing with us and our four young children. They were intentionally trained as pups with the children's involvement so respond to commands from the children also.
The puppies are hereditary clear of the above DNA health tests by parentage which means that they are guaranteed to not be affected by any of these conditions themselves, and if bred from they can never produce puppies affected by any of these diseases. The puppies are being raised in our family home, having been handled from day one by all ages, so they are already used to a busy environment with lots of noise and activity and will be well socialised with our other dogs.
