🧡 Barclay the Parrot Mouth Labrador Puppy 🧡

Barclay is an adorable little chap who has unfortunately developed a jaw overbite, often referred to as being “parrot mouthed” 

This is more of a cosmetic anomaly, which he may or may not grow out of…

In no way does it affect his ability to eat and thrive, as he has consistently been at the top of the litter Weight Chart since birth. Nor will it affect his ability to retrieve, an activity which he is already showing enthusiasm for. However for obvious reasons he is not to be bred from, which is in accordance with our usual sales policies anyway. 

Barclay is a lovely dark yellow colour, commonly referred to as Fox Red and has a confident, friendly nature. Barclay will make an ideal family companion. 

Barclay is being offered at a much reduced price purely in the interests of transparency regarding his current parrot mouth. He has been thoroughly vet checked and received his first vaccination, so is now ready to leave for his loving new home.

PARENT INFOMATION:

Ted, the father, is a handsome ginger lad whose own father is a talented, multi winning, Field Trial Champion (FTCH) Ted has excellent 0/0 hips and 0/0 elbows, his DNA tested CLEAR for the recommended KC 7 potential genetically health conditions. He has clear BVA annual eye test results. Along with being a prime example of a healthy and well bred Labrador, Ted is a lovely friendly chap who is a pleasure to train and spend time with. He is an exceptionally loyal lad, who has proven that he passes his good nature on to his offspring, along with his great natural health.

Grace, the mother, is one of our fourth generation black homebred girls, she has a confident, friendly personality making her an intelligent, fun companion. Grace has a good hip score of 4/3 and a 0/0 elbow score, her DNA tested CLEAR for the recommended KC 6 potential genetically carried health conditions. She has clear BVA annual eye test results. 

All of their health tests can be verified on the RKC website. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

To be considered for one of these exceptional puppies you will need to undergo a basic application process, so please CALL ME to conduct an informal telephone interview.

To finalise your reservation I will require payment of £100 as holding fee. This payment is deductible from the full price of the puppy, non refundable only, unless your preferred choice of puppy proves to be unavailable.

All puppies are sold as pets/ working dogs/ companions only (non breeding homes) and as such are RKC registered with endorsements in place, which means even if you go against our Puppy Sale agreement it will be impossible to register any resulting puppies. We also require the signing of an RKC compliance form in agreement with this, along with our usual Sales Contract.

All puppies are vet checked, vaccinated and have a Health Check Certificate along with their Vaccination Card.

All puppies are up to date with their worming program and have a printed Worming Record Card detailing dates, products and quantities used, along with a simple guide for continuation of protection.

Puppies are microchipped and registered to myself in the first instance. On collection I will initiate the transfer of details online to those of their new family. There is a small admin fee payable directly to the microchip database company necessary to finalise the transfer. This is very important!! 

All puppies also have an exclusive ID ear tattoo for additional security.

All puppies leave covered by PetPlan insurance for a four week period. 

Each puppy leaves with a bespoke PuppyPack containing an amount of the food they have been weaned onto plus measuring scoop, a scented snuggle blanket to help them settle, a teething bone and of course a folder containing all relevant paperwork.

We offer a lifetime of support and advice regarding the training and management of your puppy. Additionally, should you encounter life changing circumstances, which mean you are no longer in a position to care for your dog, we offer a non judgemental surrender facility. This ensures no dogs bred here should ever find themselves within the rescue industry.
