Bonnie's ideal home

Bonnie is a sensitive sweetheart and is looking for an adult-only home. She loves food and toys and would like a secure garden where she can play and burn off some energy. She is a playful girl when it comes to meeting other dogs and could potentially share her new home with a dog that can either match her playstyle or at least tolerate it! Bonnie is a lovely pup but does have some anxieties around meeting new people and handling and will need a hands-off approach at first. Owners with an understanding of dog body language is preferable to ensure Bonnie succeeds in her new home. We will want to drop Bonnie off in her new home to help get her settled so we ask for potential adopters to live within two hours of the centre.

Bonnie is a 10-month-old Labrador cross who will make a wonderful companion once given the time and space to settle and grow in confidence. She is timid at first but will slowly come out of her shell, especially if her favourite things (treats & toys) are on offer! Bonnie will need her time left alone built up from scratch as hasn't previously been left in a home. Bonnie has shown positive interactions with getting into a car at centre so has the potential to enjoy trips further afield once settled and grown in confidence. She has remained housetrained during her stay in kennels. Bonnie loves play time and quite frequently performs zoomies. She is a true pup at heart and cannot wait to get back into a home environment.
