About This Dog for Adoption

Conan's ideal home

Meet our big, handsome boy Conan! He has come into our care through no fault of his own, after spending most of his life in a loving home. Conan is housetrained, though he may need a little refresher as he settles back into home life.

This gorgeous lad has been an absolute joy to look after. He adores spending time with his carers especially if there’s a good bum scratch involved!

Conan is searching for a home with children aged 14+ who are confident around large, bouncy dogs. He has previously lived with a cat, so with slow and careful introductions, we think he could do so again. We’re still assessing his interactions with other dogs, though he can become overwhelmed if there’s too much going on.

He’s already a pro at wearing his muzzle and is perfectly happy popping it on for his walkies. Being left alone for long stretches can make Conan feel unsettled, so he would love a home where he has company for most of the day. Once he’s comfortable, his time alone should be built up gradually.

Could you be Conan's perfect match?

Conan is a big beautiful lad, with a big heart to match! He loves nothing more than being out playing in compounds here zooming around chasing his toys and footballs are definitely his favourite. If you're looking for a fun loving dogs with lots of love to give, Conan could be your match!
