Penny can live with other dogs and children of high school age. She is house trained but isn't used to being left for much longer than the school run.

Penny is a shy girl at first but once she comes out of her shell, there's no stopping her! She likes to do zoomies and chase after tennis balls and real happy place is the beach. Penny loves to splash in the water and run around on the sand, and belly rubs and playing tug of war are almost among her favourite things. Penny was very worried when she first arrived and can still be nervous of new people, but once she knows she's fine with someone she is very friendly and loving. She can be a little clumsy when she's excited and has knocked young kids over before, and she could use a little training. Penny is very foody so training should be relatively easy with her! due to her nervousness when meeting new people, Pen should always be allowed space around strangers and be allowed to approach in her own time, and not have interactions forced on her. She gets along well with other dogs but seems conflicted about meeting them at times, possibly due to her current situation. She would benefit from having some calm friends that can help her feel more confident.
