Autumn

Autumn's ideal home

Autumn is looking for an active family who can take her on adventures to help burn of some of her energy. She will also need plenty of mental enrichment and activity games to keep her mind busy and happy. Autumn loves to say hello to people but needs to be encouraged to keep four paws on the ground when greeting as she can be bouncy. She would be suitable to live with secondary school aged children who are comfortable with this. Although Autumn has a very outgoing personality she can initially be nervous. She will need her family to recognise that it takes some time for her to settle and to know when to allow her some space of her own. Autumn isn't a fan of been home alone and has previously shown signs of destruction so she will need her family to be around to keep her company and slowly build up her leaving time. If there is an existing dog in the home, an introduction will be done at the rehoming centre to make sure they will be best buds before living together. Autumn has some guarding issues around areas and resources which will need careful management in a home around other dogs and people. The training team will offer advice on this going forward into her new home. Autumn will need a few meets at the centre.

Could you be Autumn's perfect match?

Autumn is just coming up to 3 years old. She has an amazing character and really enjoys being around people. She can be very lively and will benefit from channelling that energy into some positive outlets and her training. She can't wait to carry her toys around a garden of own and settle down for the night with her special someone, could that be you?
