About This Dog

Snoop's ideal home

Snoop is a handsome 1-year-old Labrador looking for a calm and understanding home where he can continue to grow in confidence. He is a very nervous boy who needs patient adopters willing to give him the time and security he needs to feel safe. Snoop enjoys being outdoors but can be wary of unfamiliar surroundings, often checking back in for reassurance. He is worried around new people and will need space to build trust at his own pace. Once a bond has been formed, Snoop begins to seek affection and companionship, making the journey incredibly rewarding. He would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home with a secure garden where he can relax and feel comfortable in his own space.

Could you be Snoop's perfect match?

Snoop is very friendly with other dogs and enjoys their company. He loves to play and is excellent at reading other dogs’ body language, making him a suitable candidate to live with another calm and friendly dog following a successful meet at the centre. Due to his sensitive nature, potential adopters will need to visit Snoop several times to build a relationship before he goes home. He is looking for kind, patient people who understand that confidence building takes time and who are happy to let him progress at his own pace.
