Purdy's ideal home

Purdy is a lovely 6 year old Labrador cross who came into our care with little information. She would like to be the only pet in the home but can have calm doggy friends when out and about. Purdy can live with children aged 7 years and older who are sensible and wouldn't mind her jumping up in excitement. Purdy would need her own private garden with 6 ft fencing whilst she settles in and for play time! Once Purdy has settled in, leaving hours can be introduced and built up.

Purdy is a friendly girl who loves being around people. She enjoys playing with toys and playing fetch with tennis balls. Purdy loves food and treats which will come in handy for her learning skills once in a home, such as toilet training. She already knows sit and paw and it eager to learn new tricks! She would love to have to an active family for her to explore new places with.

You can also add up to four favourites to your application to give us an idea of the dogs you like, so we can consider you for similar dogs. Once you’ve submitted your application, we can’t change or update your favourites. Adding a dog to your application is not a reservation but a guide for us to find you a match.
