About This Dog

Oscar's ideal home

Oscar is a handsome, 3 year old Labrador looking for a family that loves fun and exercise as much as him. He would like to be the only pet in the home as he can be a little underconfident around other dogs but could have some doggy friends to socialise with outside of the home once settled. Oscar is a friendly boy who was used to visiting children in his previous home and he could join a home with children of Primary School Age and older. Oscar has lots of energy and is housetrained so a garden would be beneficial but is not essential providing an alternative outlet for off lead time is provided. Once settled, Oscar could be built up to being left for short periods of time.

Could you be Oscar's perfect match?

Lovely Oscar came into our care due to a change in his owner's circumstances. He is a fun loving boy who enjoys the opportunity to get his nose down on walks and have a good sniff. He loves playing with toys, especially tennis balls and enjoys learning new things. Oscar will make a wonderful addition to his new home.

He will bounce and bound around after a toy if it is thrown for him, although watch out when he brings it back because he sometimes uses your legs to stop. He will happily play on his own too, tossing the toy into the air and catching it, he loves teddies but does tend to defluff
